I've been seeing the following signature all over the place: "98% of the teenage population does or has tried smoking pot. If you're one of the 2% who hasn't, copy and paste this to your signature." Now, there's a value judgment there, and it's not necessarily one I agree with. I've got a totally different problem with it, and that is that the number strikes me as bullshit. First of all, there's no source. I assume it comes from somewhere, and if someone can give me the source, I'd be grateful. Second, it's totally nonspecific. What teens are we talking about? Are we talking about the ones where I live, in Albuquerque, New Mexico? Are we
